Deposits

All services require a 50% deposit to secure a booking. The deposit is applied towards the final service balance.

Tardiness & "Grace Periods"

Our goal is to provide the highest level of service to all clients and tardiness affects everyone. Due to the structure of scheduled services, grace periods may not be available. Tardy clients may be rescheduled or charged a 25% convenience fee if scheduling permits.

Cancellations

Clients will be responsible for paying 50% of the total balance for the scheduled service if their appointment is not canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours.

Canceling an appointment with less than 30 minutes notice is considered a "No-Show". In such cases, clients will be responsible for the full balance of their appointment.

Rescheduling

Things happen, and we hope to be as flexible as possible if something comes up. To avoid any penalties, please email us at info@estimeatl.com within 24 hours of your appointment to reschedule.

Our Service Guarantee

All sales associated with services are final therefore refunds are not provided.

We pride ourselves on offering high-quality and premium services. If your service does not meet these standards, we are happy to offer correction services or "retouches". Correction services are complimentary and must be requested within 3 days of your appointment and scheduled within 10 days of the request.
